The perfect wellness therapy for animal lovers, our Rest, Restore, Rewild experience lets guests explore a deeper connection with nature as they are guided through a flow of mindful ‘invitations’ to engage with the incredible world around them. This experience starts in the beautiful grounds of the Armathwaite Hall Hotel. Participants will begin with a forest bathing session led by forest bathing guide, mindfulness teacher and natural wellbeing coach Jen Grange. Classic afternoon Tea is served outdoors in the Lakeland Gazebo (weather permitting) or inside on the Hall's beautiful lake facing rooms. Particpants will then venture across our acres of stunning Deer Park to the Lake District Wildlife Park, home to 100’s of remarkable domestic and endangered animals where they will find peace, relaxation and develop a new appreciation for the natural earth and all its beings. The mindfulness with animals session is led by Jen Grange and our Education and Animal Conservation Officer Lucy Dunn. This is a unique session which is held after hours when the Lake District Wildlife Park is closed to the public.
