A fantastic abseiling experience for the whole family to enjoy in the Peak District. A stunning location just a short walk from the car park is the 90ft descent of Millers Dale Bridge overlooking the River Wye. Adrenalin guaranteed! Minimum age 5yrs and over. A minimum of 4 goes each - more if time allows!
If taking part for the afternoon please arrive very early to park, have lunch, go walking or cycling, toilets etc - Parking is very busy mid day!!

Itinerary
Having met - we kit up, take a short level walk along the Monsal Trail to the Millers Dale Bridge. A full safety briefing before one person at a time climbs through the bridge railings to start their descent - your in charge! A safety rope attached at all times. Return back to the top via steps for more goes. Smiles guaranteed !! Return back to the car park, cafe and toilets. Alternately do abandon me at the bridge and head off walking, exploring the valley with its tunnels, stepping stones, bridges and wildlife by the river.
Please allow 1.5hrs if just three people. 2hrs if four or more people up to a max group size of 6 people.
