Vegetarian Breakfast Feast followed by a walk to one of the local spectacular locations.
Lunch followed by a delicious Restorative, Gentle Yin Yoga with Gong Bath Sound Bath with Kate Kearns and the most wonderful highly experienced Gong Bath Practitioner and Sound Healer. A workshop to balance, nourish and release you with sounds, vibrations, relaxation and gentle opening yin poses. A wonderful workshop to cultivate peace and harmony within.
Another delicious homecooked dinner will be served and guests can enjoy a peaceful evening.
A morning Mindful Yin Yoga with Myofascial Release Workshop offering deep releasing and embodied practice developing awareness, encouraging self-enquiry and deeply releasing as we use balls to release tension, with yin yoga poses and breathing meditation to find and release tension that you didn't even know you were holding onto. You will feel truly connected, alive and refreshed and deeply relaxed.
Breakfast will be served around 10:15.
