The Family friendly 'Jurassic trail cycle track' is a 17 mile flat tarmac route that incorporates some fantastic scenery including Lodmoor country park, Radipole lakes, Rodwell trail (old train track), Sandsfoot castle, Chesil beach, Portland harbour and Portland castle. Of course you may not travel the full route as there are plenty of 'off route ' places to explore on the way to complete a full day adventure. Phone maps are available.
