Join David Worth in exploring Rosedale glassmaking across five centuries. We’ll be taken by minibus to the Gillies-Jones glass studio in Rosedale Abbey to hear about 21st century glassmaking. Enjoy a lovely walk back along Rosedale and across the moorland via the site of a 16th Century Huguenot glass furnace. The cost of the walk includes transport and parking (permit provided by walk leader on the day).

Distance: 6.5 miles
Terrain notes: The path across the moors is sometimes very wet, and there is one narrow, rocky and fairly steep ascent/descent, so come prepared with the right footwear.
