The Core Coach training is the first step in the pathway towards becoming a coach in any of the paddling disciplines. During this course, you will explore different approaches to understanding and enabling learning. You will also be supported in evolving your personal coaching development plan to enable you to take your learning into practice after the course. This two day course is a mixture of classroom and on the water learning. It is open to paddlers of all craft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, racing and competition craft and more).

Please note the prerequisites for booking onto this coach training course:

• Personal paddling skill in your chosen craft
• Be a member of British Canoeing ('full Home Nation membership')
• Minimum age 16
