A retreat designed to allow you to make wonderful new changes in your life with experienced coaches on-hand to help you to have a truly unique experience. Before the retreat begins you will be sent some homework to help you decide how you would like to use the weekend in the most powerful way for you. Set in a beautiful & Remote Dartmoor location, nestled by itself in the forest, the retreat provides you with as much time & Space for yourself as you wish. Adventurous activities such as climbing and abseiling will be provided, as well as light activities such as guided walks and bushcraft techniques. Personal coaching sessions as well as group coaching activities are available throughout the weekend for the purpose of self exploration and development. Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions are also provided to further explore ways of developing well-being and presence. Healthy, sustainable and ethical food (meat free and for the most part dairy free) will be available throughout the course, with an expert chef on hand throughout the retreat, to keep your body and mind fulfilled.

Adventure Details

Day 1

Start time 19:00

1900 Arrive in the evening. Explore the beauty of the surroundings, meet the coaches and other atendees learn about the upcoming weekend, settle down by the open fire and make yourself at home.

Day 2

AM Begin your morning by exploring potential new habits to create better and brighter mornings.
After Breakfast a range of options will take place from coaching sessions, walking, climbing, abseiling, bushcraft, relaxation techniques & guided meditation sessions. Or simply read a book, nap, and go for a stroll by yourself. The choice is yours. After dinner, Relax and unwind, some gentle group activities will be available, or simply find a space for yourself and make yourself comfy and settled.

Day 3

Take a dawn walk and practice morning routines to set intentions for your day followed by breakfast. After Breakfast you will have the opportunity for your final coaching sessions, and look at how you will bring positive change into your future. Or simply enjoy the beautiful wilderness in your own way one last time. 1200 is time for a quick snack before heading home.

No-frills Accommodation

The Dewerstone Cottage is remote and isolated in the Dartmoor woodland, a perfect peaceful location, with rivers, hills and wildlife all around. A perfect way to get away from the hustle and bustle and conventions of modern life. The sleeping arrangements are basic no-frills dorm rooms with bunk beds, nothing fancy. Bring a comfy pillow, your own duvet or a sleeping bag and whatever else you need to keep you comfy. You will be sharing a room with other participants. There are toilets and showers in the cottage site. The kitchen, dining and lounge are all one beautiful large area with a large fire place to rest and relax in front of. The grounds open directly into the Dartmoor wilderness, with trees rocks and rivers all around. There is the option of creating your own outdoor fire in a purpose built fire pit.
