Have you ever wondered Why arrows have different coloured feathers? or How does a gun work?
Here's your chance to find out! Our ‘Weapons Through the Ages and Handling’ workshops explore the development of weapon technology from the medieval long bow to modern-day pistol. You then get hands on and handle some of the weapons from our collection!
 
We're running two sessions, at 12.30pm and 2:00pm and each lasting approximately 1 hour. 

Recommended participant minimum age of 7, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

To guarantee a place, advance booking is highly recommended.
Tickets cost £4.00 per person. Please note: Ticket does not include entry to the museum.

Please book an activity ticket for each person taking part in the activity as well as your entry ticket. If you have an annual pass or are eligible for other free entry to the museum, please select the appropriate ticket.
