A 45-minute trip through the Oracle and around the Forbury Loop.
Trips run on Friday (during school holidays), Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays at noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Departing from Star Lane Wharf (behind Queen’s Road Car Park RG1 4AR) travelling through the Oracle then passing the Old Prison and the Abbey ruins. A chance to see Reading from a different perspective as well as discovering something of the role the river has played in the town’s history.
