Join Adventures for the Soul in this four-week course, heading out at twilight and staying out until dark is a wonderful mood booster. This is because your primary sense - sight - takes a back seat while all your other senses become alive. Weave in a mindful activity along the way, and your ability to feel awe increases. An emotion now considered more important than happiness.
In this four-week course, learn elements of a mindful meander in twilight – and then apply them in the dark. Learn to fine-tune your ‘night vision’ so you can see much more than you ever thought possible, allowing you to fully embrace darkness and no longer be scared of it.
Learn to reconnect with the rhythm of nature by following the cycles of our nearest celestial neighbour. Notice changes in wildlife movements from twilight to dark night to full moon. Find out about earth-grounding exercises that are calming for the mind and body, while soothing to the soul. Feel exhilarated as you learn how to stargaze and moon bathe in a different way.

Although a relatively easy walk (no more than 1.5 miles in length), there is rough ground and gradients in places. Where possible, we will sit with trees or even lie down. People need to be able to get up and down off the floor and be able to walk up to 1.5 miles with ease. Clients will be asked to sign an Adventures for the Soul Event Participation form. This event is weather dependent – inclement weather where it is deemed unsafe to continue will be postponed.
