The course follows a structured outline and can cover a range of paddle craft, skills and theory.

This is a nationally recognised award which is delivered over a half day course (3 hours). Designed as an introduction to paddlesport (Paddleboartding) for beginners. During the course we'll cover all the fundamental skills of paddling. Designed to leave you feeling safe, confident and competent and able to get more from your time on the water. The emphasis of the course is on learning correct safe practice and enjoyment.

Who's it for?
You need no previous experience, just a healthy sense of adventure! If you have an interest in learning the basic skills and principals of Paddleboarding then this is the course for you.
What you'll need: You will need to be fit enough to last half a day of activity.
We'll supply all the equipment you require unless you prefer to use your own. Bring along a wet suit or warm layers to paddle in, fleece & other synthetic materials with low absorbency are best.
Also snacks and drinks to keep your energy levels up, and sun cream if it's a sunny day.
Timings: 09.30 - 1230 or 1300 - 1500| 3 hours activity with a break
