This is a full day getting hands on learning to smoke some of the tougher cuts of barbecue from start to finish.
No 'here's one I made earlier' this will be going through he whole process of cooking with an offset smoker as well as other barbecues from starting the fire, preparing and seasoning meat, cooking, resting and trying the finished product.
