Take time for it all. Slow down. Let us take care of the route while you relax and see stunning views from Ravenscar on the edge of the North York Moors.
Meander along the coast, breathing in fresh sea air. Stop at little secret places along the way few people know about. Watch clouds float past. Listen to beautiful bird call. Smell fragrant flowers and earthy woodland scents.
Learn a few tools along the way that'll 'fine-tune' your experience so you'll leave feeling amazing. And very chilled indeed. Combined with walking in nature, you'll feel more alive and invigorated.


Once all the introductions and information about the day is done, we'll meander our way along the coastal route, stopping along the way to explore the natural environment. To admire the views. Feel the breeze. Use all of our senses to bring us to the present moment.
We'll stop and have a leisurely outdoor lunch and aim to be back for around 3pm.
WALK LENGTH: 4 miles long. GRADIENT: there are hills on this walk TERRAIN: mainly good paths but they can get muddy and the surface uneven.
