Linocut (chine-colle) workshop - Saturday 14 September

10.30am - 4pm
During this short printmaking workshop you will be shown how to create linocut prints using ‘chine-collé’, a special technique in printmaking whereby fine, delicate papers are bonded onto a more sturdy paper during the printing process. You will learn how to prepare your image, carve the lino block and print using a nipping/book binding press. No previous experience of printmaking is necessary. At the end of the workshop, you should have a few A6 sized prints to take away with you!
