Highlights

On this evening we'll start at a historic fishing village on North York Moors coast called Robin Hood's Bay. Once famed for smuggling, it's a truly atmospheric place to visit. If you've never been it's a wonderful place to visit in winter months.

Walking by the light of the full - or nearly - full moon here is totally magical. On clear nights, you'll still see huge skies out to sea. And feel that wonderful breeze on your cheeks and breathe fresh air.

You'll find out more about the night sky. And we'll show you a little mindfulness to ‘fine tune’ your senses so your 'WOW' factor will be ramped up.

What you'll need

Warm Clothing additional warmer layers (you will need them as it can get very cold)
Waterproofs decent waterproof jacket & trousers (please bring both)
Food bring a snack if you haven't managed to eat - or suffer from low blood sugar
Drink bring water or a flask
Other a rucksack, headtorch (and make sure it works, plus extra batteries too), waterproof walking boots (not wellies)
