In the morning, participants will create a beautiful piece of woven paper art using old magazines, maps, books, music paper and cardboard. Wool and threads will be available to enhance the work. During the afternoon the collection at The Quaker Tapestry Museum will be used as inspiration for paper collage/paper mosaic work. All materials and inspiration will be included. Artist/Workshop Leader biography I am an artist/workshop leader living in Stockport.  I have previously made and sold ceramics at craft and art fairs, galleries and craft shops in London and around the UK. Over the past 25 years I have been combining teaching with the making of art and ceramics in a range of settings including arts centres and schools. More recently I have been focussing on creating recycled art using mainly paper including packaging and old maps and book paper and various types of cardboard.
