We are absolutely thrilled to announce our first al fresco pop-up evening of the year with guest chef Wil Hopson and regarded restaurant manager Jake Sears.

Join us on Friday 31st May as we launch the first of our summer calendar of events. Growing up in Sussex Wil trained at Carousel in London giving him exposure to an ever changing line-up of talented chefs from around the world. His career has included stints at the renowned Indian restaurant, Kricket, as well as Italian restaurant, Moro. More recently Wil has headed the kitchen at Tillingham before taking up the reins as joint head chef at Bayte.

Jake’s passion for bartending developed whilst travelling in Australia. On returning to London he immersed himself into the world of cocktails working through a number of roles in the restaurant/bar scene to include head bartender at the original and iconic Ivy in West Street and sommelier at two Michelin starred Midsummer House.

Our aim for the food and drinks on the night is simple; showcase the best local producers right here on our doorstep. And of course, that begins with us - slow aged hogget, asparagus and beer brewed exclusively with our own hops from our friends at Brewing Bros. Tickets are £60 per person.

The evening will begin at 7pm for a 7:30 sit down. Please note, this event it is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, please also leave your pets at home.
