Our open water development retreat builds on your existing experience in open water and through our stroke technique coaching and educating on safe places and times to swim, we hope to provide you with more confidence in your own ability to push safely out of your comfort zone whether that's swimming longer distances or for more months of the year. 

A highlight on this trip is our boat trip out to Staffa for a swim in spectacular sea cave Fingal's Cave before heading to Lunga for a picnic lunch with the puffins! Other activities include a day trip to Iona, the birthplace of Christianity and burial place of 48 Scottish Kings including MacBeth as well as a swim in her emerald green waters.  Back at the house there is the option to do yoga, have a massage or just kick back and relax in the wood-fired hot tub.
