SATURDAY ARRIVAL, SURFING, YOGA & WILD CAMPING
After a warm welcome and introductions, we’ll jump straight into wetsuits and head for the beach with our surfboards.
You’ll need your swimming costume, a towel and some shoes for the beach.
Once at the beach, we’ll cover the basics of surf safety, how best to manage your surfboard in the waves and of course how to ride back to the shore.
If it’s your first time surfing our aim for the lesson is to pass on enough information for you to feel confident to enjoy surfing safely in the future on your own accord.
YOGA & WILD CAMPING
After your surf lesson, we’ll all gather together and head over to the Sainsbury’s over the road for evening essentials before travelling in-convoy up to our woodland wild camp.
Once up at the woodland, we’ll give you a quick tour of the site before heading over to the open sided barn for your afternoon yoga session.
Our unique woodland location provides the perfect tranquil setting for stretching out those surfed out arms and shoulders. Beginner or experienced yogis alike our yoga sessions are designed to be suited to everyone as your yoga instructor guides your body and mind through the restorative session.
Suitably relaxed and re-energized, it’s time for food, drinks and laughs. Get ready for a night of barbequing, axe throwing and games before you get cosy in your bell tent for a much-needed good night’s rest.
SUNDAY MORNING YOGA & SURFING…
The morning begins with a light breakfast of fruits, teas, coffees and cereals. Take a stroll, hang out in the hammocks there’s nothing more relaxing than a morning in the woodland wild camp.
Back down at the barn the morning’s yoga session focuses on awakening your body and recharging your muscles for more surf.
All stretched out and ready for the day, its back to Newquay for the final surf of the weekend. Recapping on the previous days lesson and capitalising on existing skills the aim for the day is both progression and simply having fun in the surf.
