Day Ticket - Wild Water Swim

Set in an ancient Welsh landscape, the park comprises 120 acres of outstanding natural beauty offering woodlands and wetlands, a magnificent 35-acre lake and the gorgeous River Alyn, as well as wonderful walks and spacious fields. 
Our freshwater, 35-acre lake is available for wild swimming as a form of exercise and health, set in the tranquil heart of Flintshire.  Not suitable for splash and play
Hot & Cold drinks, Snacks, Meals and Ice Creams are available in our dog friendly Cafe.

Swim bookings start from 09:00 hrs. Late bookings. Park closes at 18:00 hrs summer and 16:00hrs winter . 
Although every effort is made to ensure your safety, use of the Lake is at your own risk.
There are no lifeguards or rescue boats provided. 
The water is up to 30 metres deep in places and may be very cold depending on the prevailing condition and time of year. it can be a Short entry into deep water. There may be submerged objects in the water. No solo swim. (define as times when only one person is swimming on the lake).

       There is limited changing area.

 - We do not hire tow floats. 
Requirements

• You must have valid ticket and be 18 plus to swim in our lake un-supervised. 
• Any children under 18 needs adult supervision. 
• Any children under 12 needs to have adult supervision in the water. 
• Proof of age may be required.
• We do not have lifeguards our lake is not suitable for family splash and play.
• Must have a tow a Tow/Swim float to use our lake.

You must have valid ticket and be 18 plus to swim in our lake un-supervised. We do not have lifeguards our lake is not suitable for family splash and play. Any children under 18 need adult supervision, any children under 12 need adult supervision in the water. Proof of age may be required. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke or cancel your ticket should you breach any of our rules and behave in such a way as to disturb or be disrespectful to our wildlife and supervising wardens and team. You may only swim in designated area of the lake and must not cross the tow line.
