Highlights
This climbing experience is aimed at people who may have done some climbing before or who have a good level of fitness and want to try this activity. We will refresh all the safety aspects to ensure everyone is operating at the highest standard. Then get people climbing and moving on rock more efficiently by feedback from our well qualified climbing instructors.
We will set up a series of climbs and adjust the level of challenge throughout the day. The aim will be to push your comfort zones and give you an idea of how hard you can climb on an outdoor crag.
A good course if you already have the basics and want to climb a bit harder. We also run this sort of course as a private course.
Itinerary
Meet and greet at 9am. Drive to crag (only a few minutes away). Set up climbs and refresh safety aspects. Get climbing / Belaying. Adjust the challenge level to suit you. Give coaching tips
