Our Guided Tours are a must do if you want to get out and give the sport a go, without the added pressure of perfecting your technique. Our tour locations vary depending on weather conditions but we usually paddle on either Windermere or Coniston Water. We will send specific details closer to the date. We will aim to paddle on quieter parts of the lake and hopefully spot some wildlife along the way! We start the trip with an introduction to the equipment before spending some time getting used to how it all works on the water. Once we are all comfortable we will set off on our journey to explore the Lake District Waterways. A typical trip would include a journey up the River Brathay (where otters have been spotted!). This is a peaceful and scenic part of the Lake where folks can tune out and relax. We can only get so far up before we might stop for a break and meander back down. If we have time we will venture further round the top of the Lake to explore some more. Sessions run with a maximum of 8 per group. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent whilst on the water. *Long John wetsuits included Experience Level: Novice Duration: 2 Hours

We will journey from Waterhead at the Northern end of Windermere across the lake before venturing up the River Brathay. There is an opportunity for some wildlife spotting as heron, grebe and otter live in the area and occasionally deer can be spotted in the adjoining fields. If we get the opportunity, we will explore the North end of the lake also before heading back to the shore.
