Itinerary
We'll meet at the Henley-on-Thames Train station (or we can arrange an alternate location). This area has many steep hill climbs as well as rolling fast roads with some stunning views, abound with many Red Kites and great cafes to refuel at. This is for road bikes only and ideally, you should bring your own, however, I can easily hire a bike for you for the day or longer if requested at an additional fee. So come along and see how beautiful and challenging this area of outstanding countryside is, with many roads that the Tour of Britain have used over the years. This ride would suit someone or a small group that's either new to the area or wants the challenge of riding in the beautiful Chilterns. Ideally, a seasoned cyclist that could comfortably ride 60-80+ miles in hilly terrain. Perhaps, for example, able to average 17-20mph. Of course, I can be flexible with the mileage and the speed to fit in with the group.
This adventure is perfect for individuals and small groups, and can be tailored for:
- Corporates
- Families
- Hen / Stag parties
