The Sheepdog Experience is for anyone with a passion for dogs and the outdoors and would like to learn more about the day in the life of a shepherd. No dog is required. In the picturesque Cheshire countryside, the Sheepdog Experience is half a day with James & Jane Gilman, on their working farm, in a small group of no more than 6 people so it is very hands on. You’ll experience all aspects of training, working and trailing sheepdogs from young pups to world class trial winning dogs. You will meet the full team of sheepdogs at Pye Ash and learn about how James began training sheepdogs and all of the amazing tales that have happened over the last 40 years. The Sheepdog Experience takes place on select dates throughout the year. Suitable for ages 16 and over.
