The Rose of Hungerford is a purpose built wide-beamed passenger trip boat with a maximum capacity of 40 passengers. There is also a wheelchair lift that will take a self-propelled wheelchair up to 45” long and 25” wide. There is also a toilet on-board large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The boat has large picture windows at the front and along both sides which can be opened in good weather and efficient central heating if it is a bit chilly. The boat is crewed and run by fully-trained volunteers so all funds raised can go to the Trust. Keep an eye on our social media for our latest activity.
An hour long trip where everyone meets Santa and the children all receive a present. The children also receive a fruit juice and a packet of biscuits while the adults all receive a drink of their choice, either tea/coffee/hot chocolate/soft drink and a hot mince pie.
