This SUP guided tour is a fantastic way to connect with the outdoors and experience the amazing Eryri (Snowdonia) mountain scenery all from the serenity of being on the water. Llyn Padarn is one of the largest natural lake in Wales, surrounded by history, and was once the epicentre of the slate industry which in its heyday transported over 100k tonnes of slate to all four corners of the world.

During the trip we will soak up some local history as well as learning some top tips in SUP including journey planning, weather, and safety considerations. We will also enjoy some hot drinks and our favourite Welsh cakes on the banks of the lake as you enjoy spectacular views of the Eryri mountains.
Trips are suitable for those who have some paddling experience or have attended a SUP Introduction lesson (or similar), and able to self-rescue.
AGE LIMIT: Minimum age 12 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the water.
WHAT TO WEAR: During warmer months, we recommend summer wetsuits or quick-drying activewear and a light rain coat or jacket. Please bring your own wetsuit or alternatively you can arrange wetsuit hire with our friends at Snowdonia Watersports
