Schools out, it's time to party! Children up to age 1 1 are welcome to join us for this special, fun Christmas event. Christmas clothes ready - there's music, dancing, party games and plenty of hot food!
Adults are welcome to wait in the classroom with Christmas treats and a bit of a fun optional Christmas quiz!
🍏🍎🍳🍞 Our fantastic, reasonably priced cafe is open and serving delicious hot and cold meals, cakes and refreshments for the adults (a kids buffet is provided).
We can cater for most dietary needs as well as super fussy children!
Our charging policy
💲The Hideaway is a charity. It costs around £10 per visitor to keep the Hideaway running day to day, but we know that for some this is unaffordable and others no problem at all. When booking your tickets please give generously, and pay what you can afford. If you're a tax payer and choose the higher charity rate we can also add 25% to your donation by ticking the Gift Aid box at no extra charge to you!
All attendees need a ticket.
If you choose not to pay for your tickets through this booking site, you can choose to donate through our tap-to-give station once in the Hideaway too.
Thank you for your support! We literally can't stay open without your generosity.
Attendee information
Please attend your session at the time slot you've booked.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may release your space for walk-ins instead.
Please cancel your ticket asap if you are unable to attend.
Donations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another time slot more than 24 hours before your visit. If you arrive early or wish to stay longer to use the cafe, you may use the on-site Hope Community cafe while you wait for your slot.
Please ensure all playing visitors have socks.
A large free car park is available on the doorstep of the Hideaway.
Please do not bring your own food or drink into the Hideaway. We don't have a picnic area and have a strict allergens policy. Our cafe serves a whole range of fresh food and can cater for most dietary requirements.
We do have free wi fi available and the coffee is great 😁
