Either as a top end experience day - or to upskill your climbing knowhow. If you're looking for a good psychological and physical challenge then this kind of day out might just hit that spot!
This day takes place on the higher cliffs - on climbs that require at least one intermediate stance to enable completion of the route. The routes are descended by a 'stacked abseil' - The abseil is not for the faint hearted!
This is a technical, physical and psychological day out - for that reason we spend some time in the morning looking at movement skills, belaying and rehearsing the technical skills to make for a successful afternoon.
