Begin your enchanted adventure by heading into our festive animal barn, where you’ll be greeted by the elves, who will help you make the magical reindeer feed. You’ll also have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa, which you can give it to him personally or post it in the Polar Express postbox, plus personalise your very own festive decoration. 
 As you eagerly wait for Father Christmas 🎅🏻, make your way to the Alpaca North Pole Stop. This is a perfect spot to have a photograph with one of our Alpacas before you are escorted to Santa’s magical grotto.  
Santa will be waiting to share one of his amazing stories to get you into the Christmas spirit and present you with a gift as you leave. Now you can visit the rest of our other animals, who’ll be as excited as you are! 

There are refreshments available by Betsy Pizza 🍕and the Fizz Box ☕️ 🍷.

Notes:
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked time allocation. 
Allow yourself time after your Santa visit to wonder around the farm meeting all our other lovely animals and purchase refreshments (you’ll probably need about  an hour!)
Due to managing the number of gifts per child/day it is essential that the correct gift tickets are purchased with your booking.
A small booking fee applies to all orders.
