Unique accommodation and experience combined! Are you looking for a unique post lockdown splurge?! Come and stay at our luxury barn conversion with rainforest shower, Sauna and Scandi woodburner over two nights and three days. In the day time select from one of our popular experiences, either join us for a walking safari, exploring the hidden heart of Exmoor and seeking out our native red deer and rare breed Exmoor ponies or choose to join our popular dark skies and night hike! This will be a weekend to remember!

Day 1

Spindrift Barn is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Your experience can be taken on either day, but must be booked in advance.

Day 2

Guests usually book their experience for today. We are walking distance from 2 pubs, a tearoom and a village shop, but set in a quiet valley.

Day 3

Check out is by 11 .00 am. We have a 2 night minimum stay at Spindrift, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like to continue to explore the area.

The barn is beautifully appointed and full of character, created from finds at local salvage yards and antique shops . The staircase winds around a massive newel post from a wharf in West Sussex and the name “Spindrift Barn” was inspired by the connections with the sea and the feeling of inspiration and relaxation that the Barn provides.
We are a short riverside walk from Exford with its two pubs, shop and popular tearoom.
There is a woodburner and under floor heating in the lounge with a generous, fully equipped kitchen (washer/drier, dishwasher) at one end. With a walk-in rain forest shower and infra red sauna and a fabulously comfortable double bed you are guaranteed a restful and indulgent break! You are welcome to bring children to camp in the adjacent field at a small extra charge.
