Charcuterie Lunch Cruise

A 90 minute cruise to Waterloo Meadows and back. Trips run on the last Saturday of the month at midday. We depart from Star Lane Wharf (behind the Queens Road Car Park RG! 4AR).

A 90 minute cruise around Reading. A Charcuterie lunch box is included; you may purchase Coke or Bottled Water on board or bring your own liquid refreshments including alcoholic drinks. Trips run on the last Saturday of the month at midday.
Departing from Star Lane Wharf (behind Queen’s Road Car Park RG1 4AR) travelling through the Oracle, through County Lock and turning at Waterloo Meadows to return to the town. The journey ends passing the Old Prison and the Abbey ruins. A chance to see Reading from a different perspective as well as discovering something of the role the river has played in the town’s history while enjoying your lunch.
Matilda Too is a 12-seat narrowboat based in Reading. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor to the town, step aboard our narrowboat Matilda Too and enjoy a leisurely afternoon cruise.

This particular trip will only run with a minimum of 6 passengers and bookings must be made at least one week in advance. If there are less then full refunds will be made. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will incur a £25 charge.
