To view and amend the emails that are sent to customers when they book with you, go to: Dashboard > Customisations > Experiences > and click 'Customise Email' against one of your experiences that have been uploaded.

You can view, amend and send yourself copies of the:

  • Booking confirmation emails
  • 48 hour reminder email
  • Post event thank you emails

Once you have added some text to amend the email, you can then view and amend the emails, as shown below.

We have our own dedicated server and deliverability of emails of over 99.9% but do make sure you check your junk folder to see the emails as different email servers act differently.

We intend to build even greater features and flexibility with emails as time goes on, including complete branding and email building, so stay tuned!
