Booking Policy
Most bookings are immediate with email confirmation sent on booking.Some bookings, which require availability of our partner or a third party, will be reviewed and confirmed within 48 hours of the booking requests.

A walk booking is non refundable, but can be rescheduled to a different date with 48 hours notice
Walks take place in all weather - the wildlife is there all year round!
Wildlife Experiences with our partners
Experience bookings in partnership with other businesses are non refundable as standard, however if you contact us we will do our best to look to rearrange if possible.
