For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before the activity is scheduled to start. Date changes within 48 hours are allowed.Vouchers booked via the Beyonk booking system have the following terms:
- Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Vouchers redeemable online
- Vouchers are single-use with no change given
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Vouchers are not refundable
- Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
