About Totally Wild UK

Our main goal is to excite people with the amazing flavours to be found in the wild. On our foraging courses you’ll see that wild food is everywhere, when foraging in London you’ll find a unique range of plants that have adapted to the urban landscape, compared to foraging in Cheshire with its relaxing countryside. When foraging in Scotland, the deep woods offer a bounty of mushrooms and foraging in Wales gives us amazing access to rural coastlines. Our team is constantly exploring and developing our range of foraging courses so we can make your learning experience as fun and valuable as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Custom Policy

Place or places on a course will be secured when full payment has been received. Once a course is booked and paid for, any cancellation will result in a complete loss of all deposits and payment. Due to our courses requiring catering and being held on specific dates they do not fall under the 14-day consumer cancellation policy and we are not required to refund you. If you are unable to attend please see point 5 regarding rescheduling.

If Totally Wild Food LTD cancels a course at any point a full refund will be offered unless cancellation is out of Totally Wild Food LTD’s hands, eg in the case of an unpredictable natural occurrence (extreme weather)

A REQUEST OF CHANGE OF COURSE DATE BY THE CLIENT

Totally Wild Food LTD understands that events arise that may be out of the control of the client, therefore, if the client wishes to change the date of the event they are currently booked on to, this can be done up to 30 days before the original course date. Totally Wild Food LTD will charge the client £10 to do this which must be paid in full before the date change can be fully processed. This payment helps cover the extra administration efforts required to make the changes and resell the original spaces where possible.
This cannot be done within 30 days of the event date.

By ordering a Voucher you also agree to the terms and conditions listed
Vouchers are non-refundable. The end date of the voucher may be extended, but this is at the discretion of Totally Wild Food LTD and will only be considered in extreme circumstances.
