About Mourne Alpacas Ltd

Mourne Alpacas is the home of the largest pedigree alpaca herd on the island of Ireland. We are passionate about all things alpaca, offering unique alpaca experiences here on our farm. Booking Policy

FOR RE-SCHEDULING YOUR BOOKED EXPERIENCE: at least 72 hours notice required BY EMAIL​.

We all know that plans can change – if yours do once you have made a booking, please contact us with AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE by email to bookings@mournealpacas.com, and we can work with you to offer a rescheduled date. Any cancellation shorter than 72 hours before the start time of your booked experience will not be rescheduled.

TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR YOUR BOOKED EXPERIENCE: we require at least 72 hours notice required BY EMAIL Only cancellation requests received in excess of 72 hours before your start time of your booked experience will be offered a full refund. An alternative booking will be offered for notifications received BY EMAIL in excess of 72 hours of your booked experience start time. Any cancellation shorter than 48 hours before the start time of your booked experience will not be rescheduled.

WEATHER RELATED CHANGES TO YOUR EXPERIENCE DATE In the event that we have to reschedule your booking due to poor or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative date for the same experience, and no refunds apply in this event. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MESSAGES, WHATSAPP AND EMAIL in the days and hours before your experience in order to acknowledge weather related changes to your experience. We do not accept responsibility if you have not monitored your point of contact with us, relating to weather related changes to the date of your experience.
