About Sea Kayak Guides
Sea Kayak Guides (SKG) was founded in 2008 and is based on the St David’s Peninsula in the wild west of Wales. The large tidal ranges and flows combine with Atlantic swells to create a truly unique sea kayaking venue. Pembrokeshire was recently voted ‘2nd Best Coastal Destination in the World’ by National Geographic and Lonely Planet readers. We might be somewhat biased but we think it is THE best sea kayaking destination in the world. From the peaceful bays and sandy estuaries to the dramatic cliffs and off-shore islands, we can offer learning experiences for all levels of ability
Booking Policy
All bookings are final: No-shows be that individuals/groups in part or whole, for any reason including illness or infirmity, will receive zero refund.Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator (Sea Kayak Guides) cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

A. If a postponement of your booking is deemed necessary by Sea Kayak Guides due to rough weather conditions , we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you alternative dates. Under these circumstances only, and if no convenient alternative date can be agreed, any monies paid will be fully refunded. We are not liable for any losses incurred to clients due to cancellation of trips.
B. Cancellations made by the client within 14 days of the first day of the course will be charged 50% of the hire charge. If cancellation is made by the client within 48 hours of the start of the booking then the course costs will be charged in full. Cancellations made by the client outside 14 days of the first day of the course will be refunded in full less a £15 administration fee per course.
C. Please ensure that you arrive at the booked start time, date and location of your course. We advise that you arrive 15 mins before your confirmed start time. Arriving after your start time can result in your booking being cancelled with no refund given.
