Bespoke education service training in the Ancient Near Eastern context of the Bible. We operate by offering a variety of learning opportunities: British Museum Tours, Encounter Israel Trips, Live Conferences and Seminars, Online Learning Courses, Curated Resources, Free-Learning.

Booking Policy

Conference Policy:
  • Places must be paid for in full – deposits or reservations cannot be accepted.
  • Payment is only accepted by credit/debit card via the online booking facility (there is a modest booking fee charged per ticket but capped at £5 for block bookings). Please do not send cash or credit card details by post.
  • We are unable to give refunds for cancellations.
  • Bookings are not transferable.
  • In the unlikely event of an incident that causes the event to be cancelled refunds will be given.
  • Accommodation is not included in the booking fee.
  • No facilities are provided for children or childcare. This event is not suitable for children (including toddlers and nursing babies) and delegates bringing children to the event will be refused entry.
  • Entrance to the event will be by printed or electronic copy of the tickets attached to the booking confirmation email.
  • Personal filming or recording of any part of the event is not permitted. We may photograph and film the event for commercial and non-commercial purposes. It is possible that you may appear in photographs and video and these may be used online.

Museum Tour Policy:
When booking, it is important to note that there are certain factors outside of our control; and as such we cannot change them or be held responsible for them. These include…

  • The health and safety of tour-ists whilst on the British Museum’s property

  • Any fire or security alarms that interrupt the tour

  • The removal of artefacts for museum purposes (including but not limited to restoration, photography, redecoration, remodelling of galleries and loan)

  • The closure of any gallery due to museum staff levels, maintenance or rearrangement of artefacts


 In the event of your tour guide being unable to host your tour (for reasons including but not limited to illness, dangerous weather conditions, unexpected museum closure and/or strike action affecting travel) you will be offered an alternate date and if agreeable your booking will be transferred to that date.

Payment implies an understanding and agreement to these terms.

Vouchers booked via the Beyonk booking system have the following terms:

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Vouchers redeemable online
  • Vouchers are single-use with no change given
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Vouchers are not refundable
  • Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Museum Cancellation Policy:
We recognise that occasionally life happens in a way that scuppers our best laid plans. Should you need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, you must immediately inform us. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in written, electronic or verbal form by us at our offices.

As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total tour cost paid by the person(s) cancelling. Where the cancellation timeframe is shown, this is calculated on the basis of the start time of the tour being cancelled.
