Any experience which includes accommodation options must be cancelled or changed 30 days prior to the booked date.  Those bookings that do not include accommodation can be changed or cancelled up to 7 days prior to the booked date without charge.  Although we reserve the right to charge for you booking if cancelled at short notice, if changes closer to the booked date are necessary then we will work with you to try and keep costs of changes to a minimum.
