Heritage Wood is a place where you can dedicate a Tree in memory of a loved one, or to mark a variety of occasions and life time events. Our mission. A visit to Heritage Wood provides the perfect setting for you to spend time with your memories, to remember happy times and to enjoy making new memories. A moment of contemplation and escapism. Our intention is to keep the woodlands appearance as natural as possible for you to enjoy when you visit. Just south of the Peak District Market town of Ashbourne nestled in unspoilt Derbyshire countryside. This natural appearance takes constant maintenance all year round so with sponsorship and event's ran by Heritage Wood help fund the upkeep and maintenance of the wood for everyone to enjoy.

Booking Policy

Your attendance at an event may be subject to additional terms or restrictions of Heritage Wood. 
You are urged to review your tickets and our website for any additional information that may apply to your attendance at our events. 
Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
Once tickets are issued, they cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. 
Heritage Wood reserve the right to refuse access to any event at our discretion and the decision of Heritage Wood will be final. 
Please ensure you can show your ticket(s) upon arrival (either printed or via smart phone) when attending an event and access will be declined without this documentation. 

In addition, the following terms and conditions apply: 
Under 16’s must be accompanied by at least one adult . No other concessions offered in respect of adult tickets. No refunds or transfers unless the event is cancelled (see below). 
Entry must be within the time stated – you may be allowed 10 minutes either side, subject to management discretion depending upon conditions of the event, but we cannot guarantee this. 
Ticket limits
You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting on the individual page for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. 
Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our website are totalled to ensure that numbers can be managed. ;When customers exceed these limits, their orders may not be fulfilled. 
Ticket availability
Ticket availability is subject to change. We may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also ‘locked’ (not available) for a short period while customers complete their purchase. If a customer does not complete their purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available to purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given date can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets for a specific date, please check back again. 
Pricing and other errors
If the amount paid for a ticket is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date, the Heritage Wood reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred.
