Booking Policy
On arrival please visit our gift shop adjacent to the main carpark with proof of purchase to receive your car parking ticket/grounds pass/instruction of where to go for an activity.Please display your pass in your vehicle windscreen during all times when onsite.
If you have booked a ticket to attend one of our annual public events, please have proof of purchase ready on your device to show staff at the gate.
Dogs are welcome in all of our outdoor spaces, our shop and our dog friendly area of the Stables Tearoom but must be kept on leads at all times. Assistance dogs are welcome anywhere onsite including the main house.
Please be respectful of our estate and courteous to other visitors and use the bins provided.
We are working on being kinder to our environment so please download a copy of our map onto your device prior to arrival if you are not familiar with our site, there is also a large free standing map next to the main carpark.
Our site is open everyday between 29th March and 2nd November inclusive. This includes the house by guided tour, Stables Tearoom, gift shop, and toilets. Please check our website for current opening hours.

Customers will receive a 50% refund minus the booking fee or the option to choose an alternative date if they need to cancel or amend for any reason.
Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
