Booking Policy
Prices for pumpkin picking are £3.00 (plus £0.25 booking fee) per adult/child. Under 2's are free. Pumpkin prices are kept low and start from £1.00.Pumpkin prices are kept low and start from £1.00. We understand that sometimes, plans change, so tickets can be amended up to 7 days using the link in your confirmation email. Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Your ticket is only valid for the session you purchased and cannot be used for any other session. Please bring along your confirmation with you on the day either on your smartphone or printed out. We must keep control of the number of people on the farm at any time so you will need a ticket for every group member with absolutely no exceptions.

Ticket date changes: You can now change the date or time for your visit to Pumpkin Moon. This must be done at least 7 days prior to the event date via the link in your confirmation form
Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations unless Pumpkin Moon has to close for unforeseen circumstances on any given day.
Tickets: Non-transferable between the Maidstone and Rainham farms.
Ticket Availability: Ticket availability is subject to change. We may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also “locked” (not available) for a short time while customers complete their purchases. If a customer does not complete his or her purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available for purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given event can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets to an event, please check back again.
