Should something happen where you need to make changes to or cancel your reservation, please contact us before end of Pre-registration deadline. If cancellation is needed please contact our office at (785) 633-2584 to request a refund. There are NO refunds inside the 48 hour window if cancelling, there are no exceptions. When modifying, if your party has lost players, you will be responsible for the entry for each player registered inside the 48 hour window. This is important to help us provide the best experience for you and your party with adequate staff. The pricing shown on the reservation page is the only pricing that will be valid!
