Booking Policy

● Visitors will be admitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. 
 ● Valid proof of age, status or disability will be required upon entry for student, senior, members and carers.
 ● The garden reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, we also          reserve the right to request guests to leave the estate at any time. 
 ● All prices are correct at time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice. 
 ● All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by a ticket-holding adult. 
 ● Dogs are allowed in the garden, but must be kept on a lead at all times. 
 ● Food and drink of any kind is not allowed to be brought on to the premises.

Ticket(s) can be refunded due to extenuating circumstances, however we need at least 12 hours notice to process the refund. Dates can be changed however we need to know by 9am on the day of your visit.
