Fins & Forks was created during the pandemic by chef, fisherman and sustainable seafood advocate, Michael King. A place where fishing meets food, the business has 3 main facets. 'Bait to Plate' experiences, the smokehouse, and the Chef's Table. Michael has been a professional chef for over 2 decades and has worked all over the world with some incredibly talented people. During his time in the kitchen he has had the honour of cooking for numerous world leaders, VIP's, and royalty. A passionate (and somewhat obsessive) angler since childhood Michael has always loved the challenge of trying to catch something himself and turn it into something special on the plate. Outside of work he continues to chase that elusive first place in the 'All England Squid Fishing Championships'

For a full refund cancel at least 30 days before your experience.
A 50% refund will be issued for bookings cancelled within 30 & 14 days of your experience.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days ahead of your experience.
We are reasonable, and reserve the right to use our discretion depending on individual circumstances.
