Cancellation Policy

FEES: Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION: You can cancel the session or Bike Hire free of charge up to 48 hours before the session starts. After this time the entire payment will be retained. If we (Raasay House) cancel a session due to weather or any other unforeseen issue then the fees will be refunded.

BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SESSION – Please arrive 5 minutes early for your session ready to meet you instructor in the reception. If you are late the session may be cancelled, your slot may be given away or the group may leave without you. Your fees will be retained.
