This adventure is perfect if you've been on a rock before, but are still a "beginner". Although this is still a great adventure for those who have never even looked at a rock!
We'll start from the bottom and build our way up with confidence, safety, and enjoyment!
We'll go through things like; movement on a rock, seconding climbs, ropework, belaying, use of the equipment and abseiling.
No previous experience necessary, anyone wanting to learn and practice the fundamentals of rock climbing and abseiling. The aim is to give you the skills to feel confident and comfortable in the rock environment.
