Day 1

We meet and chat through the week ahead, and what people want to get from the five days. We then look at the weather forecast and chat through options. On the rock, we concentrate on solid core skills, tying in, belaying, handling traditional climbing equipment, movement and how to retreat if needed throughout the course.

Day 2

This is what you have come for - climbing some of the best easy climbs in the west coast of Scotland. As always the objectives and the training areas will be weather and conditions dependent.
